ReplyDeleteThanks for you recent posting. I am so glad that you have "the peace that surpasses understanding". The other day I was reading in Matthew 24 or 25. It talks about us getting "oil" in our lamps so that we are ready for the approaching Day of The Lord. I consider oil being a "history" in the Lord, in which we know the deepness of the Lord. Janna, you have "oil" in you lamp and you know the deepness of the Lord. The ache in you to spend more time with Him is that the Spirt is calling you to come up even higher and meet with HIm. He has BIG plans for you.

ReplyDeleteHappy New Year & Merry Christmas! I agree with your latest post about having a hard time remembering what Christmas is really about. But I got great waves of love this year as I heard Hailey (6 years old) tell Zach (3 years old) about what Christmas was really about. Hailey says we are really celebrating Jesus' birthday. Zach still is saying "no" it's about Santa. Hailey just shakes her head and rolls her eyes after a few minutes of trying to convince him.

But the greatest of these is love." ReplyDeleteYou have been such a soldier of faith, don't give up now. "If God be for us then who can be against us". Proverbs 6:2 "Thou art snared by the words of thy mouth".... and Proverbs 18:21 "Death and Life are in the power of the tongue". So you precious child of God, stand on what you already know and speak to your mountain. Say to your mountain be thou removed! You are healed and your lungs are too. Speak in faith say that you are "ok" even when in the physical you feel horrible. Say "I am ok in Jesus name". There is a miracle in your mouth! I pray for you and have added you once again to the prayer list at my church. May God up hold, strengthen and Bless You.

ReplyDeletePraise God! What a difference over the last couple of days. I know God answers prayers and you my dear are the proof! Thank God for the improvement health wise and also in your state of mine. Your improved attitude increases your altitude (soar high and higher). Luke 1:37 "For with God nothing shall be impossible". Isiah 65:24 "And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer, and while they are yet speaking, I will hear". The eyes of the Lord are on the rightous and I know he watches you! Faith is the key that unlocks the door!
I noticed you used the word "OK" and that is what I said on Wednesday to you. Keep on keeping on....

It's been a hard few months in Newtown. We are trying to accept help. People are still having problems, kids are still suffering. It's not always an easy place to be.
